PDF is preferred. We also accept AI, EPS, PSD, and high-resolution JPG or PNG files. All files should be 300 DPI in CMYK color mode with 0.125-inch bleed if your design goes to the edge.

Yes. We offer pickup at three locations in the Chicago area. Select pickup during checkout, save the shipping cost, and grab your order when it is ready. You will get a notification when it is available for collection.

If your order has printing defects or quality issues on our end, we reprint or refund it. Submit a claim within 7 days of delivery with photos. Shipping damage is also covered — we file the carrier claim and replace your order at no cost.
