1. Agreement

By using the Cheap Discount Printing website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part, do not use the site. These terms govern the relationship between you and Black Asterisk LLC, the company behind Cheap Discount Printing, located at 30 North Gould Street, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801.

We write terms the same way we price products — clearly, with nothing hidden.

2. What We Do

Cheap Discount Printing provides custom printing services at the lowest prices you will find. Products include business cards, postcards, flyers, brochures, door hangers, rack cards, and more. Every order is printed to your specifications after proof approval.

We reserve the right to decline orders containing unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in US dollars. The price on the product page is the price you pay for printing — no setup fees, no plate charges, no processing fees. Shipping is the only additional cost, calculated at checkout.

Payment is required at order placement via credit or debit card, processed securely through our payment provider. Orders enter production only after payment clears. Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders are honored at the checkout price. Sales tax applies where required based on delivery address.

4. Your Artwork

You provide the artwork; we print it. Files must be in PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, or high-resolution JPG/PNG format. Resolution: 300 DPI at final print size. Color mode: CMYK. Bleed: 0.125 inches when your design extends to the edge. Fonts: outlined or embedded.

We review every file for technical issues at no charge. If resolution is low, bleed is missing, or color mode is wrong, we contact you before printing. We do not proofread your content for spelling or accuracy. Full specs on our File Guidelines page.

5. Proofs

Every order gets a digital proof. Approving it means you have checked the design and accept responsibility for content errors — typos, wrong numbers, incorrect info. We are not liable for errors present in the approved proof.

Screen color is an approximation. The gap between your monitor and ink on paper is a reality of the printing process. We calibrate for accuracy, but exact screen matching is not guaranteed. Production starts immediately after approval.

6. Production and Delivery

Standard production: 5 to 7 business days. Rush: 2 to 3 business days (additional fee). Turnaround begins after proof approval, not after order placement. Shipping transit time is added on top.

We ship to all 50 US states. Local pickup is available at our Chicago-area locations. We are not responsible for carrier delays or weather events. Risk of loss transfers to you at carrier pickup.

7. Returns

Custom products cannot be returned for change of mind. Our guarantee covers production defects and errors on our end. Report issues within 7 days of delivery with photos. Full details on our Returns page.

8. Your Content, Your Responsibility

You warrant that you own or have the legal right to use everything in your submitted artwork — images, logos, text, all of it. Do not submit material that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

We do not claim ownership of your files. Your artwork is your property. We use it only to fill your order. What you print is your responsibility.

9. Content We Will Not Print

We may refuse orders containing illegal, defamatory, obscene, or threatening material, or content that infringes third-party rights. If we decline an order, you receive a full refund.

10. Liability Cap

Our maximum liability for any order-related claim is the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits or business interruption — regardless of legal theory.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Black Asterisk LLC and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your submission of infringing content.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes are posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Check back periodically.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Wyoming law. Disputes are resolved in Wyoming state or federal courts.
