Cheap Discount Printing is an online printing service operated by Black Asterisk LLC, located at 30 North Gould Street, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. "We," "us," and "our" in this policy refer to Cheap Discount Printing and Black Asterisk LLC.

We are transparent about pricing — no hidden fees, no surprise charges. We apply the same transparency to your data. This policy explains exactly what we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What We Collect

When you create an account or place an order, we collect your name, email, phone number, billing address, and shipping address. Your payment card is processed by our payment provider — we never see or store your full card number.

We collect the artwork files you upload for printing. These are used solely to produce your order. We also collect your order history so you can reorder quickly.

Our website automatically collects technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and time on site. This comes through cookies and helps us understand how people use the site so we can make it better.

How We Use It

Primarily: to print your order and get it to you. Your contact info powers order confirmations, proof approvals, and shipping notifications. Your files produce your prints. Your address tells us where to ship.

We also use data to improve the site, prevent fraud, answer support requests, and comply with the law. If you opt in to marketing emails, we send you deals and new product announcements. Every email has an unsubscribe link — one click and you are off the list.

Aggregated, anonymized data helps us see big-picture trends — popular products, peak ordering times, common file issues. None of this traces back to you personally.

We Do Not Sell Your Data

This is not a complicated section. We do not sell your personal information. Not to advertisers. Not to data brokers. Not to anyone. Period.

We share data only with the service providers required to fulfill your order: shipping carriers (to deliver), our payment processor (to charge), and our hosting infrastructure (to run the site). All operate under confidentiality agreements. We share with law enforcement only when legally compelled.

Your uploaded designs are confidential. We do not display, share, or repurpose your artwork for any reason.

Your Files

Artwork is stored on encrypted servers and used only for your order. Files are retained 90 days after order completion for easy reordering, then automatically deleted. Want them gone sooner? Email support with your order number and we will delete them within 2 business days.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep you logged in and hold your shopping cart together. Without them, the site does not work properly. Analytics cookies tell us which pages help and which confuse people. We look at aggregate data, not individual sessions.

You can manage cookies in your browser settings. Block analytics cookies without breaking anything. Block essential cookies and you lose cart and login functionality.

Security

TLS encryption protects all data between your browser and our servers. Payment processing is PCI DSS compliant. Customer data access is restricted to authorized team members only.

We cannot guarantee absolute security — nobody honestly can. But we use industry-standard protections and update our security practices regularly.

Your Rights

California Residents (CCPA)

The CCPA gives California residents the right to know what data is collected, request deletion, and opt out of data sales. Since we do not sell data, that last one is already covered. Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not target or knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If we learn a child has provided personal data, we delete it immediately.

We may revise this policy when our practices or the law change. Updates are posted here with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised terms.
