Every order gets quality checks during the press run. But printing is a physical process and things can occasionally go sideways. When that happens on our end — production defects, wrong materials, shipping damage — we own it. Reprint or refund. Your choice. No-hassle.
What We Cover
Our guarantee covers production defects: smudging, streaking, misalignment, banding, or any visible print quality issue. It covers material errors — wrong paper stock, wrong coating, wrong finish applied. It covers quantity shortages — if you ordered 5,000 and received 4,700, we ship the balance.
Shipping damage is covered too. If the carrier crushes, bends, or soaks your box and your prints are ruined, we handle the carrier claim and replace your order at no cost. Significant color deviation from your approved proof is covered when the shift is beyond standard offset printing tolerances.
What We Do Not Cover
We print exactly what you approve. If your proof had a typo, a wrong phone number, or a blurry photo, the printed version will have the same issue. That is not a production error — that is an artwork issue, and it is not eligible for a free reprint.
Not covered: errors in your submitted artwork, low-resolution images that matched the proof, minor color differences within industry-standard offset tolerances, orders reported after 30 days, and change-of-mind requests after your job has entered production. We give you a proof specifically so you can catch these things before we print.
How to File a Claim — Three Steps
Step one: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email or phone — details on our contact page. Step two: Send your order number, a description of the issue, and photos showing the problem. Clear, well-lit photos speed everything up. Step three: We review your claim within 1 to 2 business days and contact you with resolution options.
For shipping damage, report within 48 hours and keep the original packaging. Carriers sometimes need to inspect the box before approving a claim. The sooner you report, the faster we resolve.
Your Resolution Options
Approved claims get resolved your way. Option one: we reprint the order with priority production and free shipping. Option two: full refund to your original payment method, processed in 5 to 7 business days. Option three: store credit applied immediately to your account for use on your next order.
We do not make you argue for your refund. If the claim is valid, the resolution is fast. That is what no-hassle means.

Before we print a single sheet, you get a digital proof to review. This is where you catch errors — spelling, images, layout, contact details. Take the time to check it. If you are ordering 10,000 pieces, those few minutes reviewing the proof could save you real money.
